Each client of Total In Home Services will have a primary aid that will train and communicate with her team the goals in place to enhance your wellness physically, emotionally and mentally. Having a team in place that understands your needs eliminates an unfamiliar face appearing at your door.
Each shift of your team will also communicate your progress electronically so that our office, your team members and even your family can view your daily activity based on your care pan. In this way we can monitor closely for any improvements or changes.

MEET THE TEAM
AMY
Amy is a Valparaiso University graduate and Director of Operations here at
Total. Being a home health aide for 6 years has given her a passion and
perspective that allows her to provide our clients with the highest quality
of care.
Amy currently resides in her hometown of Lowell with her fiancé. As one of 7 children Amy knows the value of family and often dedicates her spare time to them. Her hobbies include cooking, reading, tennis, and binge-watching Netflix.
Amy strongly believes that each of our clients deserve the excellent
reliability, affordability, and superior customer service she would want for
her own parents/grandparents. Providing a work environment filled with
appreciation, incentive, and continued education is important to Amy. Hiring and maintaining quality staff is key to facilitating the teamwork that is so essential to home care.
Amy looks forward to a long career with Total In Home Services and is eager to help our community members find the quality care they deserve.
Stan has always had the passion to help the elderly. He has been a physical therapist since 1993. For the first 17 years of his career he was a director of rehab at a local Nursing and Rehabilitation Facility. He developed and directed a Rehabilitation program that became the primary choice of physicians and patients in the Northwest Indiana region.
Driven by the need to improve the quality of care in Home Health Care, Stan became one of the co-founders of Total Home Health Services in Munster, Indiana and Complete Home Health in South Holland, Illinois. He is a member of the Board of Directors at both companies. Stan directs and oversees the provision of Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapies to the patients of both THHS and CHHS.
His passion for rehabilitation and servicing the community was completed when the Personal Service Agency line of business was added to the available services. Total In Home Services complements all of the existing entities and delivers dependable personal care at the highest quality.
Stan is married and has two kids. He is a proud resident of Munster, Indiana. Stan is very well regarded in the community and participates in a lot of local activities. He is a big fan and advocate of sports, especially tennis.
STAN SROKA
JULIAN ROBINSON
Julian has been associated with the care of the elderly for last 25 years. Julian is a licensed Health Facility Administrator which affords him a keen insight into the needs of the elderly. Julian’s previous experience as a health facility administrator includes 15 years as a nursing home administrator and 10 years as an Executive Director.
For the last ten years Julian has also been a proud partner and member of the Board of Directors of Total Home Health Services located in Munster, Indiana and Complete Home Health Services located in South Holland, Illinois. Once again, Julian’s extensive experience in the provision of Home Health Care affords him a unique advantage in delivering a high quality, dependable, and affordable Personal Care Service in Northwest Indiana.
Julian resides locally in Saint John with family and is active in the community. Julian is parishioner of Saint John the Evangelist in Saint John and also participates in many volunteer functions at Saint Mary of the Lake in Gary Indiana.
Julian received his Bachelor’s degree in organizational management from Calumet College of Saint Joseph and is also a member of the American College of Health Care Administrators.
